Terms of Service

1. The service

SetuInk converts speech into cleaned, structured text via web app and API. Free plans carry usage limits (at least 5,000 words/week in the app and 5,000 words/month per API key), enforced automatically. Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page.

2. Your content

You own everything you dictate and everything SetuInk produces from it. You grant us only the processing rights needed to run the service (transcription, cleanup, analysis, storage of your history). See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion.

3. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempts to breach or overload the service, no reselling API access without an agreement, no circumventing usage metering. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that do.

4. AI output

Cleanup and analysis are performed by AI models and can be wrong. Review output before relying on it — especially for professional, legal, financial, or medical correspondence. SetuInk is a drafting tool, not professional advice.

5. Availability & changes

The service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees on free plans. We may change features with notice; material pricing changes take effect at your next renewal.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
